Villa (H) Sun 22/09 @ 16:30

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Substitution that lacks imagination. He has just taken off an attacker to replace the red carded AMN. Like for like. So we are going to dig in and hope to get an equaliser on the break.

Emery, Lampard and Solskjaer are making the race to get be axed first far more entertaining than the race for the top 4. :barscarf:

The type of performance where it appears the players are no longer playing for the manager,

I wonder if they have had enough of him ? Complete lack of urgency and energy. :banghead:

Wouldn't be surprised if Freddie isn't the caretaker manager by christmas.

That's the thought I had for the first 20 minutes too, and if that is the case, it sums up the mentality of these weak arrogant tossers playing for us  I dont give a flying fcuk whether they like or rate emery cos the reality is that they are playing for us and the club - when they stop putting in the effort for whatever reason, it is us and the club that they are punishing more than the manager.

I am seriously beginning to despise some of these w.ankers   :censored: :censored: :censored: :cussing: :cussing:
I no longer think this is true Augie, they are playing for a pay check and if you get it playing shit why bother putting in effort if you dont feel like it. This was always eventually going to happen with the huge influx of players from other countries.

When you play for your local team it means something, when you play for a team with a history you understand from following the league since childhood it means something, but when you play for a team you have only ever seen perform from afar and for most of these players not very well for the last 15 years it doesn't tie you in so much.

Olé v Emery next Monday night in the battle of the fucking duds.

Can’t wait

Maybe we’ll lose and he will be sacked so it won’t be a gigantic waste of all our time :banghead:
Or maybe we'll win & Ole will be sacked...... It's a win win for us.

So........0 - 0 then :? :? :?
