Did you know about gunnersaures?

I often wondered why we had a dinosaur as our mascot. A dinosaur egg found at highbury who'd have believed it. I thought all our dinosaurs were in the board room!! har har har. Sorry.

A dinosaur egg! Hmmm. Maybe I guess. Could modern science hatch it?

That story is complete garbage! the Gunnersaurus was designed by a junior Gunner some years back, i remember the competition in the newsletter

I like my entry of the Highbury Hound but clearly the club didnt

The bloke who is inside the Gunnersaurus is Jerry who does the tours of the stadium id anyone has been on one of these and knows him? Little fact there for you all

It definatly beacuse the Junior Gunners voted for a Dinosaure to be the mascot.

To help fill in the blanks, Jurrassic Park just happend to be the smash hit at the time of the vote.

I'm with thegrovegooner here. I remember being a Junior Gunner in 1993 and reading in the magazine that an egg was found when the old north bank was dug up/ It hatched and out popped Gunnersaurus!

It's true, It's true.
