I have just thought about how bad I felt, when I split up with my ex. It's not nice. And I have now been through it FOUR times.

not too worry mate, i found the funny side, was a few years ago now the ex im on about....she did go off with some turkinsh bloke tho.....who she blatenly knew i hated!!!!

Steary, you should cover your walls with photo's of her, but be sure to cut the eyes out on each one. Then you must start following her wherever she goes and call her on the phone at different times during the night but never speak when she answers. If she has any pets you must steal them, kill them and then eat them amke sure that you post photo's of the pets in the cooking pots. Pour paint stripper over her car and befriend any ageing relatives that she may have, shagging her Grannie might just help you get over your loss.
