The Forums History?

It's all a load of Cannonballs in here! This is the virtual Arsenal pub where you can chat about anything except football. Be warned though, like any pub, the content may not always be suitable for everyone.

The Forums History?

Post by Eddie McHelderick »

The more I read here the more I want to know about the forum so I can understand how it works.

I see the forum was shut down once before due to some nasty piece of work stirring shit for everyone.

Who was this and why did it happen? Do they still come on here

Apologies if this going over old ground but it really interests me you see.

Have we had any other big events in the forum history which I should be aware of?

Cheers

Eddie

Eddie the event youre talking about is still sensitive and for that reason i dont think it will be explained in full. All that is to be said is its best left as if things are mentioned again it called lead to the forum shutting maybe for good this time.

I thought it was only likely to become a legal mess if personal info was posted about him/her/it?

Once again I was guilty during that incident    Best left alone Eddie, Gus and I are in enough trouble with our recent escapades without needing to drag up past misdemeanours

Eddie, mate. No offense intended, but we don't know you from Adam. For all we know you may be the person in question or one of their group. We've no way of knowing. My advice is let it drop. We were warned against even PM'ing people about the person that had us shut down.

If you ever meet up with someone from here on match day they may tell you the whole pathetic story. Hope that gives you an idea of how messy it got.

And, like Wayno, I too was partly responsible for the whole mess... :?

we've been advised by a legal expert that even mentioning the individual concerned is dangerous. basically because they have enough evidence to take legal action from past misdemeanours.

so it is territory we steer well clear of. ask someone over a pint in a pub if you want the full explanation. but definitely drop it here.
