They're from a paranormal investigation team that work out of Kent. I've seen one of them on one occasion at an event. I don't know their names though.

Its a toolbar called stumble. it gives you random sites. If you like a site you click a thumbs up icon if not thumbs down. Eventually it learns the stuff you like and puts links on that you might enjoy.
