Goodbye Lenin and No Country for Old Men.

Both of high quality.

Enjoyed Goodbye Lenin...was charming, poignant and funny. And I lived in Berlin for a while so nice to see this portrayal.

And Javier Barden in No Country scared the shit out of me (ok, I'm a bit of a girl anyway   )

Goodbye Lenin was very good.... and yeah, 'No Country...' was awesome - especially Javier Bardem! who rightly won an oscar for his role! 8)

GOAL 3 is just being released, when i checked the reviews some prat from L'pool wrote that it was the best football film he had ever seen. I downloaded it from PB and watched it tonight.
Awesome, brilliant, it will have you biting your nails.

No. What a load of crap. Can you imagine two international players transferring from Real Madrid, one goes to Newcastle and the other goes to, You guessed it, SPUDS :banghead: Who the F**k writes these scripts

I nearly forgot to mention, there is a scene in the film where one of the players gets a Black Cab, if it wasn't for the Geordie accent it is Mrgnu driving

Oh God yes.....I've seen it.

I thought it was particularly horrible when he severed her spine. Mind you, he was a bloody good shot with that rifle wasn't he.

The end of it seemed to suggest it was based on a true story, was it?

I didn't like Bronson, Pal :(

I watched Last House on the Left this week, and liked it... it got mixed reviews though; I suppose remakes always do.

Anyway, I'm going to watch Gomorrah this week... looks quality! 8)

Last House on the Left (2009) is a remake of Last House on the Left (1972)

Oh right, I hadn't heard of it first time around. I thought that it was maybe a re-make of an old film and they'd changed the name of it.
