Re: Favorite Two-Tone song
Yep great song Postie, They were very underestimated in that era in my opinion mainly cos they were all girl Ska group but were actually very fine muscicians and were closer music wise to the Original Ska beat.Postman wrote:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wA2ziMClB_0

Was very enjoyable thanks, although Neville Staples wasn't in attendance , had a quick chat with the lovely Pauline Black during the warm up bands routine and got her to autograph the new cd album (made in britain) she was happy to do autographs and also have pictures taken before her set and also afterwards - not many "stars" are that down to earth.
I have now seen all my favourite SKA bands live at least once after finally getting to see the Selector complete the list and getting to watch the Specials twice last year during their 30th anniversary get together.

Longshot Kick The Bucket and Liquidator (but not when played at Stamford Bridge!)
I love all the original Ska stuff that inspired 2 Tone

Re: Favorite Two-Tone song
The Skinhead Reggae era is my favorite to be honest but as i wasnt around then had too hear most of it second hand through the Two-Tone bands, Liquidator is an all time classic and yes it pisses me off that The Shed adopted it as there own,And now there playing One Step Beyond after games aswellSimon wrote:Longshot Kick The Bucket and Liquidator (but not when played at Stamford Bridge!)
