What does justice equate to? What with the justice for the 96 etc..... What does justice actually mean? I think it means cash and plenty of it but this isnt real justice is it? Imprisonment for people involved would be justice but in the case of terror the perpetrators rarely survive do they

I can't work out how a hotel is supposed be able to stop a random terrorist from turning up from.the sea by boat, jet ski, or any other method.
They are just chasing the money.

Steady on, mate. You can't judge an entire country like that. People could (and do) point a similar finger at the British Empire. I'm sure you would not like to be judged based on that - even if it is historical rather than current. I've traveled the world and met good and shit people in every country I visited. People are people. Nationality and race should never come into it.
