In the mean time - between now and the refunds - all that Wonga earning BIG interest - it's an old trick that used to be pulled back in the 70's...
It happened last Summer when 4 Neil Young gigs were cancelled - 80,000 tickets at £95 each - it took 3 - 4 weeks for the refunds to be paid - but of course they kept the £10-50p admin fees and £8 booking fee...
so that's ....

£840k for the admin fees
£640k for the booking fees
and then the interest (high account off shore) at godknowswhatpercent on £7,600,00 for 4 weeks

I did track down Neil Young's Ranch address in the USofA - wrote him a polite letter explaining all this asking for a free Tour T - Shirt from the tour that never happened....
No Surprises that I got Sweet F A. kind of reminds me of the new Arsenal Money Making Machine that Used to be a Football Club.
