Obviously has no intention of staying this summer. Something strange has happened to him.

He also said that the players should stand up and play for Arsenal, and not hide behind the manager.

Modern footballers hide behind any excuse going but the manager is the one that picks them, buys them and hands them contracts in value far more than their worth.Babu wrote:He also said that the players should stand up and play for Arsenal, and not hide behind the manager.
As for hiding this manager has hidden behind every excuse under the sun.The players reflect the man that bought them read sentence one and then this one....rinse,repeat

I don't generally feel sorry for footballers but as a squad player and when he has been called in one of the few players that has done a decent job this season is once again left out Lucas Perez.
Guess when you score a CL hat trick and then dropped the next game the writing is definitely on the wall.
I think that it is more down to the fact that he has openly said that he wants out at the end of the season - more proof (as if more proof was needed ) that wenker likes to surround himself with nice little yes boys, and if you don't meet that criteria you are not wanted in OUR club

Yes repeating what myself and lots of what you all think....he overpays mediocre squad players to buy loyalty he doesn't like confrontation unless it's with minions like the 4th officials.augie wrote:Topside Northbank wrote:Saw the team and didn't even notice Ozil wasn't in the squad

Socialist wage bill so toe the line and enjoy the gravy train welcome to modern Arsenal

To be honest, I wasn't that overly interested in the game, but when I saw no Coq or Iwobi, and Welbeck starting, I perked up and am looking forward to it. Ozil probably thought better of being kicked all over the place, preferring the attractions of a Saturday afternoon in sunny Hampstead, and Lucas Perez is probably saving himself for the hatful of goals he'll get at Everton, when Lukaku goes, and where he should have gone in the first place.Ziegler1988 wrote:Arsenal FC @Arsenal 22m22 minutes ago
