Nailed on loss. Welbeck up front and only a couple of players are turning up. It's happening gents. This is the year he finally f*cks off.

TOC now has an excuse lined up as they have had their match today called off out of respect for a Fiorentina player who died suddenly overnight. And yes he would stoop that low.

It's been building up to this game - I said before the League Cup final that it was absolutely on the cards that we would get thrashed twice by City and turned over in a limp-dicked defeat against Brighton.

AC Milan are not a great side but they're on a decent run of form and our bunch of spineless fairies will wilt in the San Siro - particularly if we go behind.

Cue 40,000 turning up against Watford next Sunday.

Probably the same score as last time we played AC Milan away? 4-0 to them.

It's rather telling that even with the chance of saving this season with a caretaker manager, the club will persist with wanker and leave us in early March with nothing to play for. Can anyone think of a time in the History of this club, that we had fuck all to play for, going into the business end?

Any of the last 10 years when we haven't won the FA cup.

What i meant is, even the AKB's have had the VT to play for in those years. Now we will have around 2 months of glorified friendlies to come.

An absolutely nailed on defeat against the 7th best team in Italy and who themselves are 25 points off the top.

We couldn't beat anyone away from home right now though so it hardly matters whether they are in good form or not. You don't even really have to play well - just apply a little bit of pressure and wait for the mistakes that follow.

There's precious little I give 2 fucks about with this club right now but if he has the audacity to play that helmet headed Chav c.unt in goal instead of Ospina then I truly hope its even more of a roasting

3-0 - dead and buried

Consequence of failure = zero. Can't believe people are talking up his chances of leaving on here AGAIN - fuck me when will people ever learn. This bloke is going nowhere

1991-1992, but Ian Wright did win Golden boot in front of last game in front of standing North Bank,

1985-1986. Howe left on 22 March. Will Wenger? No.

Interestingly had Arsenal won their games in hand back then they would have been third (needless to say they didn't; they lost next three)

Table - 22 March 1986

Pos Team Pld W D L GF GA GD Pts
1 Everton 33 20 6 7 73 38 35 66
2 Liverpool 34 19 9 6 71 36 35 66
3 Manchester United 33 19 6 8 56 27 29 63
4 Chelsea 31 18 8 5 49 31 18 62
5 Arsenal 31 17 7 7 42 32 10 58
6 Sheffield Wednesday 33 16 7 10 51 47 4 55

Looking forward to this one.

AC Milan are one of the giants of European football, and the San Siro is one of the great stadiums, so regardless of the shite we're serving up at away games up and down England, I'm really hoping for a nice surprise and we leave Milan with the tie still up for grabs.
