Imagine staying in the ground long after the match ended for this: https://twitter.com/Arsenal/status/995712509674958849
Typical attention-seeking bollocks on a day of PL action in which he was totally irrelevant. These 'fans' worshipping him as some kind of a hero are fucking deluded.

thats nauseating. that and the comments below.

to give you an idea how bad we were the whole season - we spent just 9 days in the top four, less than Huddersfield or Watford.

so yeah, nine million thanks for that Arsene. :banghead:

I've looked forward to this day for years. I thought it may even rival 26th May 1989 but all I feel is flat.

I am so glad that the arrogant, useless Specialist in Failure has been sacked but all I can see is a long hard road ahead and a huge rebuilding job for whoever takes over. All of these numpties wishing Wenger well are totally missing the point - he leaves us in a worse state than when he arrived. What's good about that????

It's the end of the Furher cult years for them. Fucking *word censored* all of them. Fucking pathetic shitbags who have allowed the narcissistic prick of a manager to hang around for far too long. None of them love the club and want what's best. They would have had another ten years of this shit if it meant their 'leader' stayed. Fuck off with him.

Well and truly fizzled out in the way that it deserved to. A fucking shit season followed by a no-mark game that even Sky couldn't be fucked to pick up as one of 3 live games despite there being fuck all going on at either end of the table.

I love Aubameyang
In amongst this fucking shambles of a season we've somehow managed to sign a proper class striker there. Even when the team is shit and he is shit, he somehow still scores goals. All of our rivals would be desperate to have him and had he stayed put in January I reckon he'd be going to City this summer - think Aguero might get moved on.

The writing was on the wall when Huddersfield bust a gut against Man City and Chelsea. Once they got over the line they were on the beach.

Wenger is history. If he had gone when he should have done 9 years or so ago then he would have earned the acolades he has received. But he didn't, and so he doesn't. He chose the money, and left us light years behind where we could and probably would have been. That is his legacy.

It's always our Asian "fans" with the stupidest messages and the one's who seem to revere him.

Club must loooove them...Non confrontational, submissive, do as you're told types, limited knowledge of football, ZERO knowledge of the clubs history and pots of money. The perfect fan.

Kroenke employs a no mark like Arteta he's going to bring a shit storm down on his head. Our Wenger Worshipping fan base will not afford Stan the same leniency & tolerance. They'll protest in a heartbeat...inside the stadium.

Agreed. Really looking forward to seeing him next season in a team that hopefully has been set up properly and has some balance to it.
Love the first line of the story "ARSENAL fans who forced Arsene Wenger out of the club now want to oust owner Stan Kroenke"!

Arteta would be an odd appointment because he wouldn't be anybody's first choice and wouldn't get the same level of slack that a big name would get. Even Vieira - who would be similar in terms of price and desperate for the job - would get an easier ride because he is revered by the fans.

I was there at the start (started going in his first season and had a season ticket from 1997) and I was there at the end - I was stood watching that shower of shit at Newcastle a few days before he finally got sacked. I can without a flicker of hesitation say that the side which he took over (with the best back 5 modern English football has seen and Dennis fucking Bergkamp) was immeasurably better than this shower of shit. Beyond that, despite George losing his way then that side knew how to win when it mattered and when the odds were stacked against us. We'd won two league titles, both domestic cups and a European trophy in the previous 8 years. This current shower of shit have won a few FA Cups and to be fair after coasting past shit sides in 2014 and 2015 won two massive games last year, but have never got near sustaining a title challenge and simply can't produce performances never mind results in the crunch games.
