Maitland-Niles Was quality today.

Was it just me or was sky mad for them to score
Manc *word censored* Neville biased as always. Not a penalty and punish the club harshly for the idiot on the pitch

Great job by the back five. They got loads of little interceptions, foot in, stood up, kept their composure, didnt get bullied by lukaku, or caught wrongside by Rashford ( like mustafi) would have done.

Best performance by AMN In the shirt, Kos marshalled them well.

Had we been more clinical upfront they wouldnt have been close. Plus the ref was useless.

NBC too. I had to feel the way the game was going that the FA, UEFA, BT, SKY, NBC etc want them back in the PL for financial reasons.

Before and after the pen, we got nothing.

Maitland-Niles hasnt put a foot wrong today,
Him and Leno played really well, thought Laca did as well except he didn't take his chances. :?
I'm starting to really enjoy Laca's bullish attitude,he will battle for most things and hold the ball up well, although he does miss some chances.

It's fucking wonderful to beat them, fucking wonderful to end that little *word censored*'s media-luvvie run and fucking wonderful to seal it with a dodgy penalty. Fucking wonderful all round. :D :barscarf: :D

Lacazette was immense and worked his nuts off with no help from bangbang either.

Leno was also outstanding - big games are won in little moments, and in those moments today leno kept out what looked like 2 certain goals :barscarf:

Maitland-Niles also had great game

delighted with that.

by the way, I liked what I saw from Suarez when he came on. he had a nice turn of pace, close control and ability to go passed a player. start of things to come I hope!

Brilliant performance.

Leno was man of the match for me his save second half with his leg when LuKaku was in world class.

We have decent shot at top 4 and we are and all of us on here had expected 5th or 6th.

I did anyway, great win today delighted.

Souness..."If you don't start right you hand the initiative to the lesser team" So we're the "lesser team" are we.....then how come we are above them in the table? And have been for most of the season..............
