I heard that too. The club were doing nothing until some fans embarrassed them into getting involved? A pity. The man deserved better.

Embarrassing to say I didn't know who he was until I read this post, so I've been educated.
A nice thing then but it should have the old Arsenal badge/crest on it if I am being picky .. not the cartoon / cooperative brand one we have now .
