Well that was the second best outcome from this awful week I suppose. They would have been unbearable. Not pleased with myself for cheering on the scousers but at least it only took 24 seconds to stop worrying!

We all now know what is has been like to be a Spurs fan for the past 25 years. Our team is gash and we've had to watch a final through our fingers, they've been doing that for most of their lives.

The bad news it will continue for a while yet.
