Haven't been following any transfer shit at all but stumbled across an article in the Standard about a couple of deals being "stalled". Same shit different summer then. Bit like England's cricket world cup campaign

I don't know why you lot are torturing yourselves, this is still the post DD Arsenal, we can't negotiate, wont paying the going rate and then end up paying over the odds with excessive wages to boot..... just don't do it lads :rubchin:

Next season will be the same as the last few or possibly worse, accept it is the 'New' Arsenal way and enjoy the summer :barscarf: :barscarf:

If you can switch off to it mate then good luck to you. For my sins I have to live in hope that we do something in the transfer market even while knowing perfectly well that we will do sod all of any substance. We may be post DD but even he would have struggled in this current billionaire funded market and being the shrewd businessman that he is/was he was savvy enough to get the fuck out of Dodge as the boys with real money turned up. One things for sure, we won't be paying over the odds with excessive wages anymore......in footballing terms we're fucking skint.

Wish I had a fucking claxon for online shit.

So, here is a few words instead.

FOR FUCKS SAKE WAKE UP CUPID STUNTS !!!!!!!!!

Read no 'links' from ITK's regarding our transfer news. Let alone newspaper guff
It's all bollix.
We won't be signing 'names'
It's all click bait
We will still start the season with Xhaka, Mustafi, Iwobi, Miki, Ozil, Elneny and every other useless cvnt that any of you don't want here.
Save yourself the daily misery of clicking shit links.

Oh, if we do any business at all, it will be Ligue deux stuff, and then it will be dragged out negotiations.

Fuckin' self harmers  :barscarf:

Arsenal FC as we knew it.......is FINISHED

100% agree on both counts - bellend for £50m would be a good deal imo, but fcuk off with some numpty unknown striker/attacker.
Maybe I am being unrealistic, but I believe that decent full backs are available for well less than £50m, so how hard would it be to replace a part-time footballer who has never taken his job of defending seriously anyway

Tbh I am shocked that the price on Tierney isn't higher, but maybe it backs up my previous point about full backs valuations not being severe. £18m-£20m plus jenks would represent good business in my opinion, but I will be seriously pissed if smith-rowe is sold to anyone this summer - he is one of the very few that should not be sold under any circumstances for me

If we could sell bellend for £50M and get Tierney for c.£25M that will be the best bit of defender business we will have seen in years. If we got Tierney for £20M plus Jenks that would be an outstanding bit of business. Offer them Kolasinac if they want him, he's crap. My son was telling me that he saw an article where ESR was only offered up on loan which is a whole different deal. I'm convinced that we could pick up some decent defenders from the lower PL / Championship if we would only stop worrying about buying ball playing defenders, who invariably can't friggin defend.

This, we died the day KSE got control

R.I.P

Midtable American Premier league franchise.

Ignore all the YouTube fools and social media luvvies who think we can 'do a Liverpool', Kroenke is a terrible, useless owner of serial average sports franchises, these are probably the same people who thought Wenger would come good in 2010 ish... they were wrong then and they are wrong again.

£45m for torreira seems ridiculously low - £60m minimum should be the starting point imo

Something to think about - who in 1986 was whelmed about the arrival of bould, Dixon and Winterburn after the likes of Nicholas, woodcock and Mariner had been signed and we won eff all ?
