Gooner Admin
Is there any chance admin could sort out the few technical issues with the site.
I can't log on here unless I go through the Online Gooner and click on forum, when I try to log in directly through here it comes up the submitted form is invalid.
The other issue and it seems to be just recent is the do you agree to the privacy statement, every time I click on a thread or post I have to agree, it used to only happen when I initially logged on, but now it's everytime, think rodders999 has mentioned it previously.
Thanks in advance

And please sort out that pissing error that appears everyday between 12pm-1pm meaning I cant access the forum during that time - it might not last the full hour (don't have the time to stand over laptop for full hour), but it is seriously fcuking annoying
Thanks and keep up the good work

Lads I haven't encountered any of these issues but I've notified our resident tech expert Rob so hopefully we can get it sorted.

That privacy thing drives me mad too. Unfortunately its part of modern life where the innocent majority are inconvenienced because of the paranoia caused by an unscrupulous few
This forum was unusable for a while because it took at least 2 mins to refresh every page, my home internet would not work until recently (I was using my phone as a hotspot) and it all started when the adverts became more prominent.
I am reluctant to complain too much about something we get for free though. Especially when it involves other peoples time and money to keep it running. And I appreciate that the adverts are part of that, so fair enough.
Despite the problems, maybe this is also an opportunity to thank all involved in keeping this site running. Its been a much needed haven of sanity, as well as therapeutic, in these testing times for Gooners everyhwere

You're right Clash the privacy and cookies questions are on every site these days and it's infuriating but the difference is once you click that you accept those terms you don't see the message again for the rest of the time you spend on the site.
On here you have to click accept to that message every time you post, every thread you browse in to. If you spend 10 mins on here reading through threads you could easily click accept 20 times to that message. I've already done it 3 times in a minute - once when I came on to the site, once when I clicked on this thread and once to post this message.
That's obviously not what's intended so there's definitely something very wrong here.

Re: Gooner Admin
Update - once I posted that message I had to accept the terms AGAIN.
And to post this update.....yeah you guessed it.
5 times in 3 minutes I've had to do it (which is incidentally is also my personal best tommy tank record........to date )

You shouldn't be so surprised Rodders me ole mucker, I did hear that when he wasn't building The Bowl single handedly and working 27 hours a day 8 days a week to scout Top Top Top Top Qualitee players to pretend to sign, Wenger was also working nights to build the G2G Website.rodders999 wrote: ↑Thu Dec 05, 2019 12:02 pmYou're right Clash the privacy and cookies questions are on every site these days and it's infuriating but the difference is once you click that you accept those terms you don't see the message again for the rest of the time you spend on the site.

So if you must question and / or blame anyone it should be TOF.

Well our Rodder's is also known as The Viagra Kid his favourite aftershave ad was the one about "Splash It All Over" and he did and does frequently, it's no coincidence that his favourite Arsenal shirt is also known as the Bruised Banana And that simply by placing the below image of his heart 'Throb' Natalie Sawyer on the thread He will have decorated his screen and keyboard

Still privacy every time.
OF course Cookies are all down to the EU, as is the whole GDPR stuff.
Its estimated that clicking on accept cookies costs the VAR official at least half a minute per match
