We simply have too many of this sort of game, especially at home, for us to win the title. Even without Haaland when City are chasing a game against mediocre defensive teams they always look like scoring as soon as they get in the offensive 3rd as they know how to mix it up. While we always just look like we are going to look for ine too many many passes and then lose the ball.

To me when fans start judging keepers by how good they are passing the ball (rather than by making saves), and when they start judging defenders on how good they are setting up attacks, then it allows c.unts like el basque to throw away vital components of the game in favour of modern ideas

We play with one (non scoring) striker who drifts anywhere he wants thus cluttering up already over-crowded areas, AND leaving us with no presence in the penalty area to play off
