Much talk about bouncing back, showing leadership and resolve etc from Arteta and Rice. Let's see

Actions speak louder than words

As soon as Kiwior got skinned by Sane a few times you could see that this side had crumbled. Because it meant Zinchenko was back in the side and the solid defensive base was a smouldering wreck. Arteta’s inexperience has become relevant again and he’s made all the wrong choices. Zinchenko should be nowhere near this side. Tomiyasu should have come in at full back. The end. Arteta also saw Luiz suspended and thought we could drop Jorginho for Trossard. Error. And then Jesus has continued to stink the place out due to Martinelli’s injury. A total clusterfuck which will snowball from here mark my words.

Bayern to go through comfortably despite the litany of injuries they apparently have.

Absolutely. If Arteta and the players turn this one around they will rightly be praised for it because it would show some character to do that. Can I see them do it? Nope.

But let's hope so.

You know what Bob, I didn't think about that. If it really was a case of Kiwior needing to be rested (which I don't believe), then he should have brought in Tomi. As you say, Zinchenko should be nowhere near the side and the fact that he picked him over both Kiwior and Tomi, is more evidence that he's the guy he wants in the team and that it's fuck all to do with rotation.

This game is all or nothing.

Lose this and the season is over.

Weirdly I actually think we have a better chance of winning the CL than the PL, but still slim.

Backs to the wall 1-0 win 🙄

I concur..If we get turdholed here the collapse will probably make last season's seem like a blip

I think we will be bummed here though  I'll wait and see beegee hairs team and if a certain ringpiece is in the line up i think we'll all know how itll go.

With the right team selection we can win this.
Zinchenko needs dropped. Probably Tomiyasu in his place.
Rice needs to be back at LAM.
I'd restore Havertz up top with Jesus an impact sub.
Trossard in for Martinelli.

Raya
White Saliba Gabriel Tomiyasua
Odegaard Jorginho Rice
Saka Havertz Trossard

Trossard is better coming off the bench

Tuchel: "Manu [Neuer] can play, Leroy [Sane] can play, but he has to bite his teeth, like he has in the last few weeks."

❌ Kingsley Coman and Serge Gnabry, ruled out of Wednesday's game.
