I work within 1/4 mile of colchester Uniteds new ground (Very impressive ground for a small club).
How many is it due to hold?
Only 10,000 but it is really modern with exec boxes and everything else. It has a good club shop in the main stand and stacks of free parking around it.
(assuming I manage to get a lower tier ticket on my Silver membership!...'cos £60 to sit up in the heavens is a joke..I'd much rather be closer to the action!
