Do they check names on membershipcards @ The Emirates?

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Do they check names on membershipcards @ The Emirates?

Post by Batflyer »

Hi everyone,

just a quick question: do they ever check if your name is on your membership card when you enter the Emirates Stadium? I will maybe lend out my Red membership card to another football fan who wants to visit the home game versus AC Milan (tough chance to get a ticket, I know).

Cheers!

Never happened to me in 5 years at AG. Ignore the guy above. Think you may struggle for Milan tickets anyway.

No they don't, but you don't need to worry as it won't go to reds

You do realise that Season ticket holders have already paid for this game as well as the Group games.
Therefore there was only 20 odd thousand, less away allocation, available.

I thought the club committed to keep a minimum number for tickets back for every home game for Red members, something like 1,500 or 2,000.
