Could there be a more typical Arsenal signing? Young, cheap, French/African, 2nd Division, injury problems. Geezer was about to quit and become a postie until Wenger waved a bunch of notes under his nose!

At least he's a big lad at 6'3", strong and quick, and has a decent scoring record. Makes a change from all the usual midget kids Wenger likes to pile up.

Who knows, Yaya could be a Benteke type. From the videos I've seen of him he looks to have similar attributes.

Kaba Diawara mark 2. I am going to show my appreciation for this signing by going for a massive shit. :banghead:

Other than chomping on a spare rib or two, how will you show your appreciation once Lord Wenger signs his new deal mate?

Curl up into the fetal position in a darkened room with a bottle of Jack Daniels and a sawn off shotgun.

Postman Yaya

Yaya Sanogo: I nearly quit football to work in a post office before Arsenal transfer

The new Gilles Sunu!

But to be honest the guy isn't too bad, he got 10 goals from 9 starts for Auxerre. He played 908 minutes, getting a goal every 90 minutes. That's Cristiano Ronaldo numbers right there!

Gonzalo Who?

He's a punt, low cost, low risk & should be treated as such. Now get Higuain & Fellaini rather than Remy and I just might have some hope about the future direction of our club.

P.S Howdy to Hayden & Satellite. :barscarf:

Could be Kaba Diawara, could be Nicolas Anelka.

Let's give the boy a chance.
