At least the commentators aren't getting Kris Olsson and Zellalem mixed up this game like the game v Indonesia!

Zelalem is so intelligent.

Poldi has looked most unhappy this pre season IMO.

When we signed him there was a comment on here that thought it was a wind-up,(perhaps because he is half-Ethiopian half-German with pending American nationality?) but on his performances so far he is a prodigious talent.

Won't be long before he has that talent sucked out of him.

Wally took his goal well.........pity he had to balls up at least 4 other chances before that  :banghead:
Without a shadow of a doubt this (100k per week) guy is on course to be one of the most brainless cocks ever to play the game

Have to echo what others have said about jenks - he is a proper Gooner and we all love his passion and commitment but I have serious reservations that he will be good enough. In many ways he reminds me of lee Dixon.....very wholehearted and committed but when the ball is at his feet he looks like a rabbit caught in headlights and doesn't know what to do.

Absolutely and with a tenth of the talent. I've not seen anything from this boy to make me think he'll make it. If anything he's less impressive in his first team cameos than my mate the gloved wonder from Mexico and Quincy. Very very ordinary.

Unfortunately unless he turns out to do something pretty magical in an Arsenal shirt in later years I shall forever associate Gnabry with his cameos against Norwich and Schalke. Two of the most insipid Arsenal performances I have ever seen without exaggeration - barely got into the opposition penalty area for 180 minutes - and Wenger had no idea what to do except throw on this kid.
