Arsenal at Old Shatford. sunday 28th Feb. 2.05pm

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Arsenal at Old Shatford. sunday 28th Feb. 2.05pm

Post by Top Londoner »

If the relegation threatened Mackems can turn them over, then ........... :?
A win for us will keep the TOILET from down the road in the top four, but it's worth it.
It's another huge game for us, but I reckon it'll be 0-0.

I'm still trying to enjoy the moment today thanks mate !

Fucking hate this fixture as in the past decade it has given us some of the most miserable Gooner moments. If we do them up there then She-Ra and her rug-munching sister can shove their fucking banner where the sun shineth not.....probably up their dirty great black holes !

Sorry Steve0 but, I'm 8 hours ahead of you and the 35°+ temps mean I'm rather tired now. :D
How are the floods back in UK? :D

A bit early for this one, eh mate?

Needless to say, this will be a much needed three points, if we can get them. I suppose a repeat of the opposite fixture this season is too much to hope for.

Anyway, I'll agree with Falkirk Goon's analysis 8)

We could be playing great, and I still wouldn't be confident of winning this one. Don't forget, we failed to beat them with Moyes in charge in a season when they were giving up points for fun, and drew with them away last season.

Can a mod please close this fucking vanity thread?
I thought there must be an interlull, as next weekend was Premiership awol.

We've got the mighty Hull to overcome in our quest for greatness, and winning three consecutive FA cups rates up there with the invincibles and making WENGERCUNT a unsackable demigod.

Should win but they'll be on a high after destroying mighty Shrewsbury and we'll be a leetle bit jaded from our heroic but ultimately futile game against Barca :rubchin:

I sort of agree, although we do tend to be more expansive and brave away from home

which isn't a surprise, the emirates is a fucking horrible place to play football
