We are poor time and time again although we seem to get results but the big problem is the way we constantly start unbalanced, sluggishly and with no real purpose. Immaterial of the changes Dick has brought in there are still huge areas where he is short sighted and lacking and at times he seems as stubborn as the 'Old Fool'.

We need an overhaul starting in January because there are still too many of the old guard with the old attitude who spend too much time coasting in game and for whatever reason UE has been unable to change it so far.

My opinion is there are at least 6 players who need replacing in the next two transfer windows, we really need a clean out of those who spent too long under Wenger because too often they slip back into the attitude they had under him.
