Tottenham fans injured in Rome/Lyon

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

three Borussia Mönchengladbach supporters have been attacked and injured by Lazio Rom 'Fans' before the game on Thursday which Gladbach lost 2:0 and was kicked out of the EL. Luckly none of them have been injured life threatend, but still they have been attacked with knifes. What the hell is wrong with those Italians?

Only been to see us play in Italy once - AC Milan. But that was a great experience. No problems whatsoever, despite us knocking them out of the Champions League. Italy seems to get rougher the further south you go...

BTW do you know whether Schalke had any problems in Turkey this week? Never sure whether Galatasaray is a bad place to visit, or just for the English.

Some small fights & incidents of stealing scarves, nothing major. Some Galatasaray & Schalke fans were eating & drinking together;

They don't exactly look pleased to be having their photo taken though.... Maybe they were worried it was going to be used to identify them later!!
