just to clarify the issue for everyone. the people who will decide whether they want to carry this kind of content are the hosting company. there's nothing to stop anyone who objects to that notion starting their own forum to exchange bestiality pics elsewhere with a willing hosting company.

I understand where you are coming from gooner.ed and I think I can speak for everybody why I say that none of us wants this place shut down. I'm thinking, but this is only guesswork on my part, that if the legal problems were explained to wayno and gus from the start they would have accepted it but when some members complained about finding it offensive then maybe that pissed them off ??
Are pictures like this illegal because it exploits or is offensive to women or is it that it is exploitation and offensive to the dog community ?

wayno is well aware - and has been for ages - that pictures of animals and humans having sex are beyond the limits here. as for the reasons why, take it up with your MP. i'm no moral guardian where sexual preferences are concerned. just aware of the laws of obscenity and how our hosting company would interpret them. really, it's up to you regulars to police yourselves. if you want anarchy, then i'm not going to stop you. the people we pay to host this site can do that. i can't be f**ked in truth.
