I'm really really looking forward to my first time seeing the young lads.
SO I'll go with

Fabianski
Sagna
Djourou
Toure (C)
Gibbs
Ramsey
Denilson
Bischoff
Vela
Bendtner
Simpson.

It wont happen but would be great.

Rhys Murphy might get a run out, he's a striker too.

isnt nordtveit back from spain? he could figure in the middle with djourou and hoyte at right back. i think gibbs is pretty certain at left back. vela should be pretty certain of a start, as should ramsey. the rest of the midfield isnt as certain because of the likes of randall, lansbury, merida, wilshere and possibly song. the question really is whether bendtner's got the legs after yesterday. it would be good to see jay simpson though.

That looks about right, though I think we may see Mannone start?

From the bench we might see Jay Emmanuel Thomas, Jay Simpson and Emmanuel Frimpong get a run out too.

i cant see mannone being thrown in against premiership opposition...?

the bisch could do well bulking up the midfield given his build and also his nature to get forward. and if he does well, what about a song? for christ sake his name is practically Amore!

Fabianski
G.Hoyte Toure Djourou Gibbs
Ramsey Bishoff Song Diaby Wilshere
Vela

Toure plays as he is now a sub so will need game time, Diaby due to need for fitness so he can last ninety minutes. Nic needs a rest and we can't risk him but I hate the idea of leaving Vela along up front but we have an overcrowd of midfielders whereas we have Simpson as the other striking choice.

If Mannone starts, I predict a defeat

like the look of that and sounds right, but swapping Ramsey for Bischoff, aint he defensive?
