Who would you have back?

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Who would you have back?

Post by SammyDroppedHisShorts »

Being new in this place and a little intimitated by some people who seem very hostile, I was wondering without fear of being ignored, which one of the Invincibles you would have back if Arsene had the money and the player was at his prime.

I would choose personally Robert Pires
Reason....because just scoring all the time against the N17 scum fills my heart with joy and he did it more than anyone.....

*I do reckon this post will be ignored.....

I'd take back Quartz, Gus and Wayno. :D

If those legends couldn't come back I'd take DB10 every time (not the forum member, the real one).

Its difficult to say coz most of 'em are past their best now.

But Pires for the goals from midfield would get my vote.

Gotta be Thierry for me. I'd give him a piggy back from Barcelona to London if he even hinted he wanted to come back!!!

Pires shouldn't have gone in the first place IMO, so it would be him most definitely.

The experience he could have passed onto the younger players would be invaluable.
