STOKE CITY THREAD

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

It should be a fantastic game of two shitty teams crossing the ball into the box over and over and over again.

Except Stoke can actually score like that.

Not looking forward to it at the moment, but yes. The joke of it is that we could go back to the top..... That said, we're not only losing to the like of Chelsea & United away, we're also capable of losing to poor teams like West Brom, Newcastle and Spurs at home.

Would I just love a 5-0 at the moment......Be just what the doctor ordered!

We could win 5-0 and everything will be rosy in Wengerland again

Equally we could quite easily lose 2-0 to some ugly ass route one hoofball. Arsene will blame the pitch.

Won't make a difference! The pitch at Old Toilet tonight looked pretty much as good as ours yet that stubborn French f*ck still believes it was the reason for our loss  :banghead:

According to 5 live it would've been horrible to play on but its no excuse and I was disappointed by wenger's post match interview.

Before tonight I predicted a 3-1 home win but now, well i'd be happy with a scrappy 1-0 win which I think it'll be.

Anybody reckon flappy should play against stoke or stick with 6ft5 polish guy who i thought did alright even though sagna did his best to make things hard for him everytime he passed the ball back to him.

Why just so we can win and delude ourselves and start thinking we are anything but the gutless useless t**ts we are, with a manger that is no longer any good for the team.

We are not good enough. Half the team aren't good enough to wear the shirt. Dross and gutless.

Mental strength my arse, Gazza's got more mental strength than that bunch of losers.
