CL Draw Thread

Post by IrishGunner »

Draw takes place tomorrow, we can play the following teams

Napoli, CSKA Moscow, FC Basel, Lyon, Bayer Leverkusen, Zenit St Petersburg and AC Milan.

Hopefully we can avoid both russians and napoli. Would like Milan as I'd like to see the san siro :barscarf:

Possibly last CL game for awhile, wheres your perference?

Bayer Leverkusen. Easy, and not too far to travel.

SSN coverage begins at 10.30am, so taking into account all the UEFA bullshit and back patting at the start, around 7 in the evening

On the basis that I'd like us to get through, anyone but the Italians.

If you finish third in your Europa League group do you drop into the Champions League?

Wouldn't want the Russians, AC Milan or Napoli. Russia is a shitty tie and a long way to go. The Italian teams are probably the strongest in the pot.

Basel would be nice, just to take the piss out of the Mancs when we beat them... could backfire though
