strategy to win FA Cup

Post by benglenton »

i really believe that we can win FA Cup
citizens and united out
the only way to get this victory is having best players for FA Cup games
forget about the League 7th place, we're in good position to reach 6th to 8th place
forget about champions league

really hope that mr.Wenger understand this, putting squillaci, djourou, song, chamack, even almunia to rest a little bit Chez in others games except FA Cup

what are your thinking?

Win the FA Cup?

Due to transfer mismanagement and penny-pinching, winning any non-league trophy is asking for more from the same faces. The result is tired players and increased potential for injuries. Ramsey is good evidence of the former; Sagna and Wilshere are good evidence of the latter, having been overplayed throughout 10-11. How much longer can Kos and RVP keep up their form? What if Chez gets hurt? We are soooo frail right now. I'm all for going for the FA Cup, but if we do, expect consequences.

Didn't we have virtually a full strength side v Birmingham in the beer cup last season? It goes to show this team isn't good enough and that's the fault of one person and one person alone.

Yes, minus Fabregas. Not only is the team not technically good enough, despite what The Glorious Leader repeatedly tells us & them, they don't have the mental strength, focus or killer instinct to perform on the big stage. They all looked like rabbits in the headlights that day.

They can be as rested as they like, they'll still be losers at the end of the day.

Have a team filled with players who really give a shit and are rewarded for doing so. Not just by having potential ,also delivering the goods when it matters. Till then let's sit back and enjoy the fact that it's everyone else's fault. And not ours.

Spot on, we dont win big games when it really matters, apart from a couple of carling cup semis the last time the team pulled somthing out the bag when really needed was the semi final in 2006 againts villareal and even then we tried our best to fuck it up! Dont see anything changing until wenger goes!

I hope we concentrate on fourth place in the league.

Missing out on the Champions League will damage the club more than not winning the FA Cup.

hope we don't make to the FA cup final, we will botch it anyways and, stupid as I am, I'll probably spend money I can't really afford to spend in order to attend said final.

In the unlikelyhood of us scraping past vilescum - we'll get drawn against sp*dscum and they will totally destroy us - just to add to this seasons Humiliations.
