Nightmare Debuts

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Henry's debut vs Leicester. He was awful, missed 3 sitters and played like a player who stepped up from non-league.
Tony Adams was at fault for conceding a goal in a 2-1 defeat against Sunderland.
Not one of ours but Jonathan Woodgate's debut for Real Madrid must go down as the worst debuts ever. After being out injured for the first 14 months he finally made his debut at centre back, scored an own goal after 5 mins, was at fault for a second goal, got 2 yellow cards, leading to a red card, all before the end of the first half.

Cech hasn't played regularly for over a year. He'll be back to his best after the international break.
