As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Yes. The entire wage and transfer policy of the club since about 2001 has been one long Wanker-led ego trip. He has been determined to win the league without spending big money but has been made to look a prick on so many occasions. Any decent manager would be using every single resource available to win everything going. Wanker has never been fussed about that because his own agendas matter more to him than the success of the club.

Actually - I'm being really unkind. I'm prouder reading this than I was at about 10pm on 26 May 1989. Knowing that my club is so wealthy makes me feel positively intoxicated

As the club formerly known as "The Bank Of England" club it's no surprise to find we are richer than the actual Bank of England.
It means nothing as the fixed assets is property/ land and has no direct impact on our player buying capability.

Thought the pinnacle of the club, the point where we could not do any better, go any higher or achieve more. But this, this just puts all that into shade. Well done all.
