I fcuking love him as a defender - as I pointed out to my lad, he riled barnes right up whilst all the time keeping his arms wide and making himself look like the innocent party whilst barnes got booked. This in turn allowed him to then tactically foul on the halfway line and pick up a good yellow and again rile up barnes
Sokratis is a proper old school defender, but I am worried that he is having to carry the back line on his own - sometimes when that gets in a players head, they start to focus on watching their team-mates actions instead of concentrating on their own job.
Btw we have gone out of it altogether since monreal came off and we switched the formation - I dont understand why we didnt just put lichsteiner straight into monreal's position
