I agree 100%. Wenger is treating the club like his own private train set. The problem is that he now has so much power within the club and there is nobody on the board who is likely to take him to one side an explain that a 4th season without a trophy will not be acceptable. Until that happens ...

The period of transition will continue until Arsenal are prepared to buy in players to strengthen weak areas on the pitch and to add some experience to the squad/team. Otherwise, as players become fully developed they are likely to leave, because their chances of winning trophies will be better ...

For those of you who can only post in UPPER CASE, I'd like to each you about an amazing feature on every PC keyboard - the Caps Lock key! It's over to the left (the fork hand), next to the "A" key on standard keyboards, but may be elsewhere on laptops. If you press it, the keyboard can suddently ...

Regardless of stats for previous seasons, Henry is clearly not happy at the club and cannot tolerate the younger players who are not a perfect as him. Wenger seems set on giving the youngsters time to develop their game in our first team, but Henry is clearly not the sort of senior player needed to ...

If he does stay, TH should be stripped of the captaincy. Personally I believe that if we can buy a quality striker, we should sell TH - maybe set up a swap deal. Otherwise, Wenger needs to tell the media and Henry that he has 3 years remaining on a contract he only signed 12 months ago.

I hope it's the move that Wenger makes when it is time for him to give up the manager's job, whether that's next year or some other time. I'd hate to see him just walk away from the club.

If there was a transition period, it would allow us to bring in a less experienced manager, such as Tony Adams ...

I turned against Wrighty when he advised his son to choose Chelsea in preference to us. What a brilliant piece of advice that turned out to be!

I think AW has already decided not to make any significant signings this summer. He has said as much, and when he has said in the past that he doesn't intend to sign anyone, he has stuck to his word. The only thing that would force his hand would be if any key players leave and have to be replaced.
