I'd love to see the Spuds swarming all over them, play them off the park, going 5-0 up and then in the last minute Real score a lucky goal to go through on away goals. They'd be sooo gutted. But I'm a sick bastard!!

I want to withdraw a bid I made on ebay. I wanted to buy a Mickey Mouse outfit but now I find that I am 10 minutes away from owning Liverpool FC.

Could have sworn Wenger was there in 99?! But get your point. It was the prestige of being in it.

My first Charity Shield was against the Mousers after we won the league in 1989 and it meant something then (we lost that day 1-0)

Beating the Mancs in must have been 1999 was a good one. The Mancs had just won the treble of course and were full of (sh)it.
Teddy was a sub and made a point of warming up in front of the Gooners and sticking up 3 fingers at us (to represent the three cups he had just won, natch) we replied with ...

The new away shirt is pretty horrible, the yellow and purple dont really go and it should of course be yellow and blue but its not the worst kit. Go through the whole lot of pictures and look at the Hull City one its fcuking ghastly. Thank fcuk they will be in the Championship.

Great article - my feelings exactly. How are we supposed to "feel love" for these horrible Chavs, Mancs, Mousers and too many Spuds. Cant bring myself to do it.

Now the manager - Capello - he would sort out our underperforming overpaid prima donnas. How long is his contract with the FA?

Well done, Donaldo for reminding us of this anniversary, May 4th 1994 I remember it well. 16 years ago today we had an injury ravaged team - all apart from the back 5 (and even then Seaman had to have painkillers for a cracked rib I think it was) and even with Hillier, Selley and McGoldrick we still ...

Great post and sums up my feelings, I am so fcuking proud of the boys today for sticking in there and getting that result - the ITV commentators were writing us off after the 2nd and predicting it could be embarrassing - well that showed them! Arsene talks a lot of the mental toughness of the team ...

Was there 2 years ago when Eddy broke his leg and will be there again on saturday. (Not a bad omen I hope) but hope we stuff the Brummie b****** and get proper revenge for Eddy.

Not many away fan friendly pubs round the ground Jetman, stick to the city centre - the Wellington in Bennetts Hill is ...

Brilliant! Garn U Rzzzz! (sorry, growing up in Reading and twenty years of living in Berkshire it affects me occasionally!).

BTW the Reading fan websites reckons they had about 800 fans at Anfield

So with the Mousers and the Mancs out the Cup already, what we need is a nice easy home draw to ...

Just googled him and according to Wikipedia at least it says McIntyre "is a supporter of Tottenham Hotspur". Another good reason for not liking him.
All his biog details on his OS say he is from north London and lives in Hampstead (so by rights he should be a Gooner) so think he is more likely to be ...
