Re: Club agrees loan move for Kim Kallstrom

I wonder if Kallstrom had come with a £10m price tag his signing would've been celebrated? I'm open minded to him as I thought resigning Flamini was dubious but has turned out to be a revelation. I agree a striker was more obviously needed, but this is typical Wenger, last Jan we were crying out for...

Re: nico yennaris

I always liked Yennaris, had a great attitude for a youngster and had an excellent league debut v Man Utd. Sadly with the competition ahead of him Sagna, Jenkinson and Bellerin it was always going to be difficult to break through. I see he was an unused sub last night and Akpom got a late run out fr...

Re: Season Ticket Waiting List

Would be interesting to see if they are open to negotiation on price when they phone you for the business?

Re: Manure game tube strike.

Usual ignorant comments blaming tube drivers, amazing how people air such strong opinions when they clearly know nothing behind the subject!

Fair play Quartz for simply posting the facts!

Desperately looking to buy a single for this game. I am in Liverpool on the weekend of the game anyway (!) and can meet at the ground or at an upcoming home game. On trusted buyer / seller list . Please PM me if you can help. Thanks. Just an observation, but I don't see you on the trusted list. Wit...

Re: Leaving Arsenal: whatever happened to Mark Randall?

There was a young English striker we had in the late 90s / early 00s,always knocking around the squad and sometimes on the bench. He has now sunk without trace, but he did come on in a league match at Leicester when we were 3-0 up, and he scored near the end, but was incorrectly given offside, and ...

Re: Tickets to increase by 3% next season

They proudly announce "only" the 3rd ticket price rise in 9 years (usually announced at the end of the season but now they do it when top of the league) but the booking fees and huge silver membership price hikes go unmentioned in the press. The following day the Gazidis interview with the...

Re: United Game away

Agree with SteveO35 - one win in last fifteen up there is awful but also the manner of our defeats is usually appalling; 8-2, 4-0, 6-1 all spring to mind where we have just layed down and died up there with little or no fight offered. However today I am optimistic - regardless of the result we will ...

I fear the worst if its the same team that started the WBA game in the previous round.

Anyone other BSM sitting in block 19 for this one?

Re: "Arsenal" Win the Cup - WWII PoW Reports

Thanks for posting that, found it very interesting and you must be very proud of your Grandad. I guess football must've been something the POWs used to keep morale up in what must've been unimaginably difficult times. As Quartz suggested, try sending a copy into the club, it could make it into a mat...
