TH14/12 looks like he's wearing some of those lead diving boots that Arshavin wears all the time.

Well fuck me!

Attack at pace and gaps appear.

Who'd have thought it?

Not a straight red but had to be a yellow, so he should be off.

I don't know how anybody can look at the first half fairly and conclude that Rosicky is shit. He's put in a lot of effort, has passed and run well, has tackled and generally has speeded up our passing and movement.

With the Ox he's been our best player today.

NFD. Have an eighth beer. then maybe another one, then go to bed and when, in the morning you're sober, have a read through the many varied threads and see if you still think there's groupthink going on because I think your suggestion's bollocks.

The reason that 'sent down' came to mean getting sent to prison is that, in almost all circumstances, when a judge issued a custodial sentence, the accused was escorted down the stairs to the holding cells in the court and then directly to a prison. In exceptional circumstances, sentences can be def...

Whether he's guilty or not and what sentence he gets are decided separately. The jury decides the first, and that's where celebrity may help him, but it's the judge who decides the sentence and if he is convicted I think there's a decent chance he'll get some time. Here's hoping.

Taking his entire stay at the club, he's been disappointing but this season he's put in a series of decent performances. He's got a decent footballing brain, adds a bit of pace to our usual tippy-tappy play and has put real effort in when he's been picked. I'd like to see our squad strong enough tha...

Forget the substantive points he tries to make. The article is shit because it is self-contradictory throughout (fans have a right to complain.....but they shouldn't chant, AW's won nothing for ages, we're charged sky-high prices.....but we should be patient and not complain). It's a lazy, piss poor...

And another thing..... In a wider context, I truly hope that if he's found gulity (Pleeeeeese!) that he gets sent down, because I suspect most of us believe that this sort of thing has been widespread for a long time and I wonder how many times managers, who receive these huge amounts for buying and...

Interesting that Mandaric's version of events is totally different to Arry's. Good; because the jury has to accept that there's some lying going on but Bad; because they may then side more with one of the scumbags (Arry) than the other. I agree with the previous poster who said that the case can loo...

I'm not completely au fait with the current Spanish law but, as I understand it, there is a difference between applying for citizenship and no longer being considered as 'foreign' when the applying the cap on foreign players in matchday squads. You have to be legally and continuously resident in Spa...

I'm not going to dignify RM's 'contributions' by voting, but it is interesting to see some of his classics grouped together in the Greatest Hits format.

However, this really should be the last time ANYBODY replies to ANY of his comments.

Baba makes an interesting point about the scum players only seeing Harry at training a couple of times a week (it takes quite a bit of time back and forth to Monaco). Many of the top managers have not been great coaches (Clough is the obvious example, O'Neill another) but they've been great managers...

As much as I detest 'Arry, in a recent interview he said that the role of the manager is often overstated and that the key is getting in good players. Things could be done to improve our current perfomance but the bottom line is that we have too few good players. Saggy chops also said that, when sco...
