Re: AFC vs Indonesia Match Thread

Was at the game in Jakarta, enjoyed a few beers with some lads who had travelled over from London

Atmosphere was kinda different to typical game in Indonesia, different crowd.

Most Indonesians still follow their local team, big football culture which gets aped by other countries in the region ...

Re: F*&k Off Laurent Koscielny

Has shown some improvement but don't buy some of the praise he has been getting.

He has slipped over too many times costing us in big games.

When he lifts a couple of trophies and been consistent for a couple of seasons then fair enough

Re: Worst Arsenal squad of the century?

I was not a big fan of the 2007/2008 line up with the likes of Almunia, Gallas, Hleb, Adebayor, Denilson, Eboue and Song. Despite the good start I felt nothing for most of that team. Gallas at St Andrew's was embarrassing and should have been driven out of the club and the way they collapsed show ...

Re: Following Arsenal abroad - Where have you been?

I'm afraid my list is gonna look pretty puny compared to most

1984 - Bielefeld Tournament
1984 - Twente Enschede
1986 - Shamrock Rovers
1986 - Waterford United
1988 - Brisbane (6 a side tournament)
1999 - Bangkok, Thailand
2011 - KL, Malaysia
2013 - Jakarta, Indonesia

Umm, that's it...

Re: Emirates Cup 2013/Galatasary and Trouble at Overseas Gam

:D The little Gooner will want to hit the Armoury so I'm afraid I will be one of those 'tourists' carrying the plastic bags and taking pictures of everything with an Arsenal logo...he at least will love the first day of school!

Will also take him to Highbury. He will be to young to understand but ...

Gazidis is more involved with daily operating duties such as administrative staff wages and hiring, commercial deals and sponsorship, and overseeing public relations.

in all three of them he's proving to be a disaster

bring back dein

life's too short to reply to some of the comments on here

the time to judge is the end of the season, not now before the new signings have kicked a ball

unlike some on here i can handle 6 years without a trophy. i've known longer, much longer

Why are people like "Duffman" bothering to go to the games if they're there to be negative?

I can't stand AW or the current shenanigans at the club, so I stay home and watch it on TV instead.

Why pay for something you're not going to enjoy, and increase revenues of the very thing you're aiming ...
