Re: Citeh at home match thread.

This is like a training exercise for City.

I feel sorry for all the mugs who paid £80-£100 a ticket for this crap

I like getting home from the game and reading the thread and respect most peoples opinion.
Hate reading dickheads calling our support mugs. Fair enough if you don't want to go to the ...

Re: Citeh at home match thread.

We havn't looked convincing in any game this year & that's against the 'lesser lights', sorry toffees !, & Bestikascrap. So I don't expect too much against $chitty. Without Rambo the job got that much harder. Maybe 1 - 1. 'Danny boy' may well have a blinder though against his old next door enemy in ...

Re: Danny Welbeck Signs (dont moan)

After 8 years at the club & heaps of injuries "The brainless one" (Theo the not so gr8) is still rubbish. Lets give this bloke half that time & I think he may well prove a bargin. As long as he's keeping "The brainless one" & Plodolski on the bench that'll do me. Good luck Danny Boy. :barscarf ...

Re: Leicester (A)

Sanogo replaced by Plodolski as our main scoring threat to them. They were shitting themselves !!!. Lucky Lucky Arsenal - they missed those 2 sitters & probably should have nicked it. At least scum got beat so it can't be all that bad. :barscarf: :barscarf:

Re: Leicester (A)

Good to see us playing Leicester again. We had a couple of half decent players from them in the past - Jon Samels & Frank Mcklockwork !. Now those 2 would be handy right now.
1 - 1 or 1 - 0 to us in a tight defensive game. :barscarf: :barscarf:

Re: Besiktas (H)

At least we're through to the group stage. That last 15 minutes did my nails !. I think Ozil is wasted out wide but that's only half his problem. He can't tackle anywhere on the pitch so it does'nt realy matter where he plays if you want him to defend. He should only be used as cover for Jack. Maybe ...

[quote="Humoresque"]Oezil has never really impressed except for the first few months that he got here. He's either :censored: , doesn't care, or is being misused.

well, of course he's being misused but his overall attitude and body language are like he can't be bothered.[ /quote]

Re: Everton away match thread.

I thought this was an Everton away discussion !. Anyway lets get back to Giroud - what makes a half decent striker is the number of chances he doesn't miss not the total goals scored, if you see what I mean !!. Big John Radford only needed half a chance and it was in the back of the net. We'll be OK ...

Re: Besiktas away

Lucky, Lucky Arsenal - could & should have been 2 down just after half time. Their keeper did make a couple of unbelievable saves though. A draw was probably a fair result. If we can win at home we may convince Cavani to join us !!!???. :barscarf: :barscarf:

Re: SUMMER 2014 TRANSFER THREAD

Didn't realise we were in contract negotiations with Arteta. I am a fan but his legs have gone and I'm not sure how much more he has to offer.
That's stating the bleeding obvious. We need to replace him with a BIG hard man that can pass a ball & tackle. 'Patrick Someone' comes to mind !! :barscarf ...

Re: Home game against Palace - Season Opener 2014 - 2015

This lot did well in their last few games last year - surely not a repeat of Villa last year going down 3-1 at home first up. Nahh!!! - I've woken up now . We'll win 3 - 0. :barscarf: :barscarf:
