Flash Gunner, they got my relative's name from a little tribute to him that was published in the 'Arsenal Remembers' section of one of the match programmes. Presumably that's where they got all of them.

Yes, sadly it does seem like a lot of names but the club did send me the graphic as a .jpg and when you look closely at least some if not all of the names are there more than once.
