Re: What was it like under George Graham?

........second got progressively worse. He didn't 'go before his time' because at the end it was incredibly shit and we finished 17th I think it was?.......: i agree AW legacy is pretty much ruined now, but GG's last 2 full season's 92/93 (double) and 93/94 (won ECWC) were not exactly in decline, s...

Re: Toffees - Top 4 Trophy - not this time!

Predictions:- What do you think? Sat 12.4.14 : Sunderland v EVERTON [Everton 66 / Arsenal 64] We'll prob start the semi knowing we've slipped into 5th - so hope that won't affect us? Tue 15.4.14 : ARSENAL v West Ham / Wed 16.4.14 : EVERTON v C Palace [Everton 69 / Arsenal 67] Yeah, gotta go for us t...

Re: What was it like under George Graham?

He was used as the scape goat for others who were allegedly taking 'bungs' too.

went before his time, shame the board 'jumped' quite quickly.

now we've a manager staying way way past his time - blame the board (though different) AGAIN!

Re: Chavski match thread - pixx off Wenger

The only reason we were up there ie 1st earlier in the season was pretty much like, well, Tim Henman getting a good run against Andy Murray in the first set - if ever they had got to play each other. Basically it's 4th at best that we could achieve with this 'crop' and with this 'out of date' and so...

Re: WENGER - Views For and Against.

Six years on since this thread was started and that being at the time 3 years after our last trophy. As we know now soon to be 9 years without a trophy and if he's still with us 2015 the magic fkn 10 years without a trophy! Jeez it doesn't matter if we beat Everton, as we'll prob then lose to Sheff ...

LOL Oh dear! Feb again, as someone said - AW failure ...

Re: January transfer rumours thread

Can't see us signing another striker, while we still have 2 decent strikers available in Podolski and Gnabry available. AW won't put his hand in his pocket with the Ox nearly back. Oh and of course we have the excitingly named duo of : Ju-Young Park and Ryo Miyaichi too lol :-) Seriously though, AW ...
