Re: WENGER - Views For and Against.

Is this Wenger suggesting that he's ready to move to PSG in the summer when his contract is up?? That's how I read it. It's not like wenger to get his contract sorted at the last minute for the stability of the club.

Re: International football

what did Mclaren ever win ? relegation ? league cup with boro, got them to the uefa cup semis, and a dutch championship with twente :rubchin: It was the UEFA cup final where they got hammered 4-0 but pulled off two miraculous comebacks in qtrs. and semi, something we have quite managed for last 3 c...

Re: Kevin Webster gets off

When will the law change and start punishing lying women. As I have found out to my cost that if you are female you can commit perjury and pervert the cause of justice and get away scot free...equality??? When men can have equality in courts then women can have equal pay, until then they (women) hav...

Re: International football

It seems every time England have a pressure game no one, and I mean no one remembers how to pass the ball to a team mate. They were all shocking. Theo was still our most dangerous player and he wasn't the best but not as bad as Ashley Young, seriously was he the first player to have a negative pass ...

Re: January transfer rumours thread

Here's one for comment. I'm on the record in one of these threads saying i expect Giroud to have a cracker of a year. Now, many comments have been made that he is not a world class striker. Similarly, there was a bit of a push to get Benzema as our 'world class striker' during the summer window. Wi...

Ciprian Marica to join on a free

Just read on BBC gossip that Romanian striker Ciprian Marica is close to joining us on a free as he is unattached to a club after being let go by Schalke. Thought only championship clubs could sign players from this week? Who next Gallas and Bentley to return ? Anyway who is this player and is he an...

Re: The English player myth

The key to sustaining international success is putting players through the youth, u-21, systems. Success at that level shows that players can achieve on the international stage. Spain, Italy, French and Germany have all experienced success and moved on to the full international. We seem to neglect t...

Re: Abou Diaby - injuries

I really want the guy to be successful he's had such a bad run it's a surprise he hasn't quit the game. If fit I can see him filling in on the left midfield.

Re: Jack Wilshire the most over rated player in English foot

IHH He is a talented tackler, suited to this modern role of all round midfielder. I think Wilshere holds decent positioning on the pitch, especially next to someone else, well did do at least until his injury. Since injury he has looked only 60% of the player he was before, so needs time to recover...

Re: January transfer rumours thread

I still think radamel falcao will look for a way out of Monaco in january, when they are not in the top 4, and playing in front of 10,000 fans. Reading his wikipedia page (i know not the most reliable), but he is quoted he wanted to go to monaco as Henry is his idol. I reckon if we go in for him he ...

Re: Jack Wilshire the most over rated player in English foot

Anyone else think that with Ozil guaranteed to start, Jack will be the player that will make way for him? With Ramsey in great form I think he'd be very unlucky if he was dropped. Front six on form flamini, ramsey ozil, carzola, giroud walcott.

Re: Lukas Podolski

With Ozil now in the team i'd be surprised if carzola didn't fill in on the left. other alternatives are diaby , if fit, he was signed as a left midfielder played his best ever game for us in that position. Ryo is a left footed winger, and Gibbs could move there and monreal in as LB. Or wenger could...
