Re: THE WENGER THREAD

Usmanov wouldn't bomb Wenger straight out, no way. He wouldn't have much patience with him though if he stuck around long enough to spunk away over 100m of his cash. That's the thing though. We are on the verge right now under this board and majority shareholder of getting shot of Wenger imo. Usman...

Re: THE WENGER THREAD

So next season could be... New owner+New manager (please god) New owner+Same manager (i'd take that, he wouldnt last last long under Usmanov) Same owner+ New manager (I'd be happy, but sceptical) Same owner+Same manager (life couldn't be that cruel....could it?....it fucking will be won't it!!!) On...

Re: THE WENGER THREAD

Really cant say what Usmanov would do after buying Kroenke out. Its purely speculation. Im going by what has happened involving Wenger and Arsenal takeovers in the past. And Wenger totally took advantage of a difficult period for his own ends. Id be very worried that we are now closer than we've eve...

Re: THE WENGER THREAD

Imagine he came in, bought Stan out and threw wads of cash at Wenger to spend on transfers....? From everything hes said in the past hes a Wenger fan. Wenger wouldn't stick around if Usmanov came in. Usmanov is the complete opposite of Kroenke - a short-sighted loudmouth who willl have his greasy h...

Re: THE WENGER THREAD

When Kroenke became majority shareholder in 2011 he made no attempt to get rid of Wenger who, at that time hadn't won a trophy for 6yrs since the FA Cup in 2005. Now 6yrs later apparantely Usmanov may become majority shareholder and do exactly the same thing. Nothing. I'd say we probably have a bett...

Bump The WengerOUT, NoNewContract protests are an online gooner led innitiative and have been heavily promoted by the gooner magazine, the online gooner, the gooner forum and the gooner twitter. Re: Everton (H) | PL | Sun 21 May 15:00

Posted this on the other thread but it might be appropriate here...... It's possible the match against Everton at the Emirates on Sunday could be Wengers last ever league game as Arsenal manager. In view of this possibly momentous occasion and in recognition of Wengers service to our club I'd like a...

Re: THE WENGER THREAD

So basically he hasn't put any money in, he has taken a small amount out and he has backed an incompetent manager many years past his sell by date, yet some people think he isn't a problem?. We are doomed.. :banghead: He should have sacked him, and should have sacked him years ago in my opinion, bu...

Re: THE WENGER THREAD

|The third reason is that the supporters that want him out the most can't afford to go to matches as they've been priced out, therefore attending a protest on a match day is not feasible. Also spuddy fyi, note the op specifically said" attending a protest on a match day" wasn't feasable. ...
