Re: Unai Emery
Dick should drop Cech, play Leno and tell Leno to give Cech his medal. Shirley, the whole squad get one anyway + he can have a photo with the cup as a nice keepsake as long as he doesn’t play. Leave him on the bench and then let him do a John Terry by joining in the celebrations in full kit mode! A...

Re: Napoli (H) Europa League 11/04 @ 20:00
Apart from his persisting with the utter gash that is the bobbleheaded Comedy Fucking Two Arses, my main bone of contention with Dick (my Dick bone, if you will  ) is this shit of rotating a cup keeper. It's fucking nonsense. On these light pitches in the modern game where no one can even tou...

okay, hands up who knew that The Arsenal are one of the few clubs that don't charge parents for their kids to be the mascot  spurs charge 600 quid. spurs ! 600 quid so fat tongue can dribble on your nipper. ludicrous. Scandalous isn't it. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-65...

Re: Unai Emery
The players took some stick for posting their celebrations on social media after trouncing the scum. A few days later the Sun reacts by publicising something that happened back in August in an attempt to embarrass the club. Must be some pissed off scum supporting hack behind it as no coincidence for...

Re: Modern Football Bol**cks
Just to put things in some sort of perspective. Many years ago i went to watch the Arsenal ladies play a game at Leyton Wingates ground on a Sunday. At half time our "best" player didn't appear in the second half. I asked some fella if she was injured and was told "no, she had to go t...

Want to see Lacazette and Ramsey both start. Iwobi is absolute shite same with Mkhitayran. Add Ozil to that list & I'm happy. Every time I see The name Rashford it reminds me of my favorite from decades ago - Big John. He would be a handful !!. :blah: :blah: Stop dreaming of the old days you ol...

We are no longer a team of son in laws, the likes of Douzi, Torreira, Lichsteiner (would start an argument in a phone box) and Sokrites are not prepared to take an ounce of shit from the opposition. This man especially is a master of shit housery, sly fouls and jersey pulls that break up the play a...

Re: Unai Emery
The man's the real deal for sure. Not bothered by reputations and willing to make changes when things need to be changed. None of this waiting until the 70th minute bollocks that Wenger adhered too. It was a revelation to see two substitutions made at half time for tactical reasons yesterday. But it...

Re: Reiss Nelson
And to answer the question, given that he is flying over there I would be minded to let him have the full season there and if needs be loan a utility forward. We are thin in that area with Welbeck out. Agree 100% - chances are he will get more game time with them (and develop better and quicker as ...

“You never know” – Chelsea star refuses to rule out return to Arsenal “Of course, Arsenal will always be in my heart and I will never forget them so why not return. You never know. I feel fine still. In seven months my contract ends with Chelsea. It will be 16 seasons playing at the highest level, ...

For the first time in years i was looking forward to the start of the season with renewed optimism.

Great little player who gave everything and never let his team mates down.
His cup final goal against Chelsea with Dixon celebrating behind the goal before it went in is a personal favourite of mine.
Terrific to see him back at the club in a coaching capacity.

Re: Modern Football Bol**cks
The problem with any of this is we're dealing with the modern day Arsenal p.l.c. I was a ST holder but some years ago i had a major heart attack and asked the club, at renewal time, for a one season "sabbatical" whilst recovering. I could provide them with any medical documents as needed....
