Re: ADIDAS OUR NEXT KIT SUPPLIER

Not connected to Adidas rumour but

Next season will mark 100 years of Arsenal in the borough of Islington, since the ground move to Highbury in 1913, so be prepared for a special anniversary kit launch to celebrate the fact.

Re: League Cup draw

These games are always slow sellers, but I bet we end up with the largest attendance of the round Yep, no doubt will still be a 50,000 game, which some clubs could only dream about. I know we get a lot of stick for having some empty seats at times, but our fans do turn out in large numbers nearly e...

Re: POLL: WOULD YOU GIVE ARSENE WENGER A NEW CONTRACT

First post and my first action here is to vote a resounding no! Putting aside the fact that we do not truly compete anymore, I think my main reason is the utter contempt he seems to hold supporters of this club in. He is not alone in this as this is a trait that runs throughout the hierarchy of the...

Re: AST - Perks of the job

As usual baba raises fairs points that mirror what a lot of us also feel although he chooses to do so in slightly different fashion  I too would like to know why, if your relationship with the club is strained as you say, that this hasn't been made public and why the reasons for this tension h...

Re: SOUTHAMPTON HOME THREAD

I'd play Kos at RB for now. He can fill in there and has done before. Safer bet than Jenkinson. I did wonder if Kos could be the holding defensive midfielder, as he is decent positionally and good at reading the game and nicking the ball in a challenge. Also he is quite small for a centre back, oft...

Re: membership packs

I think they said that the membership packs were going to include the handbook this year and they therefore couldn't send them out until it had been published, which is this week I believe. I'll leave you to draw your own conclusions as to why the handbook has only just been published! :) Was it be...

Re: League Cup draw

there appears to be plenty of seats available. however I am wondering whether £10 is good value for money for a cup in which the club don't take seriously. maybe it is more worthwhile to boycott these sort of games. May be worth the tenner just to be able to abuse Tangoman, who is rumoured to be in...

Re: THE CHARLIE! CHARLIE! one of our own 'GOOD GUYS' THREAD

Bob Wilson. Absolutely fantastic servant for the club, went through an unimaginably horrific time with his daughter yet still has AFC blood pumping through his veins. 8) 8) 8) Absolute gent. Lucky to have met him on a couple of occasions and he stopped for a chat and a photo and just had time for e...
