Re: European Super League announced

Great! Another league we can linger in 10th position and claim we're making progress.

Re: Our inevitable Euro exit in Prague Thurs 15th April KO 8pm

Listening to Chris Waddle on the radio in the first half explain why he's so frustrated with arsenal ( or however he pronounces the club name) emphasised just what a lot of level headed pundits think about Arsenal, good quality players who are totally inconsistent.

Re: Mikel Arteta, success or failure? - Merged thread.

. Graham took three seasons to get rid of the players that let him and the club down, before he had his own team. I'd like to see Graham's stats after 75 games. I bet Graham’s first 50 games are better than the first 50 of Emery & Arteta by a long way. In his first season, Arsenal were top at C...

Re: Mikel Arteta, success or failure? - Merged thread.

75 games in charge - just 3 more before he's equalled Emery's number of games in charge. If he wins all 3 of them he'll still be 2 short of the total managed by the "spineless clown". He's already lost 2 more than Emery From 8th to 11th Ahh....but "we're more competitive against the ...

Re: Mikel Arteta, success or failure? - Merged thread.

Next 3 games will decide Arteta's future. We're playing two clubs in the bottom 3 and a second leg of the Europa League, our only opportunity for European football. Lose any of these 3 then I think the board will pull the trigger on Arteta, and still get rid of our "big" players in the sum...

Re: Mikel Arteta, success or failure? - Merged thread.

Really disappointed after the Liverpool defeat. It seems the payers have done for Arteta, what they did for Emery. I think it is simple now. Five players need to go in the summer. Pepe, Aubameyang, Xhaka, Bellerin and Lacazette. The common theme in letting the club down during wenger's last season, ...

Re: West Ham dirty murdering scum A Sun 21st Mar KO 3pm

Well at least the team put some effort in to turn that around. Several times we found the way through but for some reason the players didn't read it. Lacazette in the middle flicking it through the middle for Saka or Auba to run onto yet they didn't read it. Then chambers sent in three excellent cro...

A well deserved win. Fucking loved it. Broken the mourinho curse. About time we didn't get a VAR decision overturned. COYG :barscarf:

Re: Mikel Arteta, success or failure? - Merged thread.

A contributing factor that is keeping Arteta in the job is that he has a clear plan and vision for the club. He has a definite strategy in what he wants the players to do, and how he is going to achieve it. He has made mistakes and I have been critical of those mistakes, but, he is learning all the ...

I can't enjoy Liverpool's demise whilst we are so bloody awful. Haven't got 40 points yet, after 27 games. Fucking embarrassing!!!

Don't blame wrighty for Lacazette embarrassing scream. He's been doing it all season, hopefully seeing wrighty take the piss out of him might lead to him stop screaming like a child.

Re: Mikel Arteta, success or failure? - Merged thread.

In all seriousness we are only 1 point better off than last season after 27 games. The only progress we have made is getting the deadwood out of the club. I was expecting an improvement in performances once Ozil and his cohorts out the club. It has not happened. The only time we started moving forwa...

Re: The Official Xhakatard is a useless crunt thread

Xhaka had enough time to look up, look down and pass. In that look up he must've seen wood's. He had enough time to change his mind, pass back to Leno to launch it.
Cannot blame Leno for that total fuck up.

Re: Mikel Arteta, success or failure? - Merged thread.

Arteta is doing a fantastic job. At this stage last season we were 42points behind Liverpool, now we are only 7 points behind Liverpool, a massive 35point swing in Arteta's favour.
