Traore: Yay or Nay?

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Definitely a nay, he's no fullback, that's for sure and currently he is not on the same planet as Rosicky or Nasri as a left sided midfielder.
He is only young so it's no disgrace not being ready yet, i think we can give him another year or two to develop, but his future will lie at left mid or nowhere at all..

I like him.
radford says he's been shocking whether or not he should be in midfield. he seems not to have a football brain or any positional sense

Traore - yay or nay?

I say yay. He's done alright. He didn't let anyone down. No better or worse than Clichy before he got injured. Puts in a great cross.

This is one wengers failed experiments,Traore is a L/M and plays that position for u-21 for France but isn't a L/B.Gibbs is also a L/m but has adapted better at L/B but still makes mistakes.

He be better if wenger used traore in his preferred position,it might surprise him.
