Traore: Yay or Nay?

He's still only young, and dare I say it, he was better than Gibbs at that age!
I dont understand how people can critisize Traore yet turned a blind eye to the mistakes Gibbs made last year which were more costly.
I like both of them and I dont mean to come across as criticizing Gibbs, as I really like and rate him highly but if you gonna criticize, imo you have to be consistant.
